Porcini mushrooms are generally not cultivated but harvested from their natural environment. They have a chewy texture and a strong sweet, fleshy nutty flavor and forest aroma. Dried porcini have more protein than most vegetables. They can be used to make wonderfully aromatic risottos, soups, sauces and tarts.
In the link below, you can see chef Georgia Koutsoukou invited to our store to enrich the risotto with pleurotus and porcini mushrooms.

The Rose of Jericho, or Rose of the Virgin Mary, is a plant of positive energy which is said to have accompanied the Virgin Mary on her journey from Jerusalem to Egypt.
The Rose, whose original form is like a ball, when the Virgin Mary shed tears, watered it and opened it, it was transformed into a green little bush! So she blessed it never to die!
It is also said that if you, or the person you offer it to, make a wish by dipping the ball in a bowl of water, the wish will come true!
So give a wonderful gift full of optimism and positive energy to your loved ones and make their wishes come true!!!
