Scutellaria Lateriflora, commonly known in English as scullcap root, is a hardy perennial herb of the mint family, native to North America.
It is prepared as an infusion.
In a cup of hot water (80-90°C) add 1 teaspoon of dried herb and leave for 5-7 minutes, strain and drink (1 cup per day).

To prepare it, pour 1- 2 tablespoons of grated lemongrass into a glass of hot water, cover and leave for 10-15 minutes, strain and drink.
