Paprika is a spice made from the fruits of certain varieties of pepper (Capsicum Annum).
It is used to give a bright red color to many foods such as cream, potatoes, chicken, turkey, fish, corn, yellow cheese, souvlaki and salads.
Many chefs also replace tomato with paprika.

Ginger is the root of the plant Zingiber officinale. It is mainly grown in Asia and is used both in cooking as a spice and in pharma.

The sun-dried tomato is created after drying POMODORO tomatoes.
We leave them salted in the sun for 5-6 days to dry and then they are stored either dry in a jar, or with olive oil, garlic, vinegar, tarragon and any other spice we want.
It is widely used in the kitchen, either chopped or whole, in various preparations such pasta sauces, meat garnish, in oily foods and also as an appetizer in combination with some cheese and other spices.
