Soak the Cordyceps mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes.
Drain and saute in olive oil or butter for 1-2 minutes.

TIP:
Crush the mushrooms with your hands and pour 1 tablespoon of the resulting powder into omelets, legumes, sauces or doughs.

Reishi mushroom is considered a medicinal mushroom as it helps in the well-being of the body and the regulation of bodily functions.
Pour 2-3 pieces into 1 lt of water and boil for 30' on low heat.
Once cooled, store the decoction in a bottle in the refrigerator. The decoction is bitter and can be kept for 1 month.
Consume 1-3 cups of coffee a day or alternatively add the decoction to drinks of your choice, even in soups.
TIPS:
Put 6-7 pieces in a jar with 750ml of red wine or tsipouro.
Store in a shady and cool place for 1.5 months.
Strain well.
Drink half a glass a day of wine or 1 tablespoon of tsipouro.
