Burdock is a common name for the plant "arction or lapa".
It is a multi-branched plant, which reaches a height of 1.50m. It has lanceolate leaves and very small reddish flowers.
Its dried roots are the most medicinal part of the herb, which we dry for teas or infusions.
To prepare them, we boil a large cup of water, as soon as it starts to boil we reduce the temperature and add two teaspoons of dried burdock root. We cover our pot and let our tea simmer for another five minutes.
Finally, we remove our tea from the heat and let it cool completely.
